»Path of the Future« is the name of the new Slovenian Croatian EGTC (Economic Group of Territorial Cooperation) between the Karlovac region in Croatia and Slovenian municipalites alongside the Ljubljana –Novo mesto – Karlovac – Zagreb railway line. Slovenian Railways SZ are also taking part in the Group. As dr. Peter Verlič, Chairman of SEESARI initiative said at the recent conference of the Town and Spatial Planning Association of Slovenia, held in Ljubljana on 17th January 2022, regional lines have important development potential. SEESARI will help to facilitate the mobility projects together with their members from Slovenia and Croatia. It is expected that EGTC »Path of the Future« will officialy start by the end of the June this year.
